BUILDING ENGINEER I
SUMMARY
Spectrum is currently seeking a Building Engineer at one of our locations to observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters and charts and adjust controls/equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the building systems.
DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
SUMMARY
Development Officer who will assist the Director of Business Development in actively pursuing and identifying new, value-added business and/or revenue-generating opportunities.
DEDICATED BUILDING ENGINEER
SUMMARY
The Dedicated Building Engineer performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings in such trades as HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. Work shall include preventive maintenance and repair on all building systems.

SUMMARY
